I'm Michelle, the founder of Eat Well with Michelle & Find Wellness. I am a Holistic Nutritionist and a Certified Nutritional Practitioner that graduated with honors from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition.

My passion is holistic health & living and sharing how easy this lifestyle can be. I love educating my clients and audience on valuable and practical ways to find wellness in their lives. I will show you how you can heal and thrive one meal at a time! 

I decided to study Nutrition as I was dealing with my own health concerns and felt I was not being heard or given the information I sought. I was dealing with acne, asthma, weight resistance, fatigue, depression, gut issues, and more. I was also googling too much and not finding success there either, as you know, the internet is full of so much information, but it's hard to know what is correct. This was when I decided, I am going to learn to heal myself (and my family). After studying and immersing myself in holistic nutrition for two years, I knew what I learned had to be shared with others.

I love being able to inspire and empower my clients by educating them on nutrition and healthy living! I know what you are thinking, healthy food is boring, or it's too much work. Or maybe you are thinking you'll never be allowed to enjoy your alcohol and chocolate again! Well, I am here to let you know; you can have it all! I had all of these thoughts too! But, guess what, "real food" does not have to be boring or tasteless. It doesn't have to take forever to prepare, either. And yes, we may have to cut out some things while you are healing, but let me tell you from a food lover like myself, there are options and plenty we will add in! And yes it will be tasty! I am one that loves to healthify "junk" food!

Food is more than protein, carbs, and fat; it is micronutrients, phytonutrients, and more. Food provides our cells with information, fuel, and the materials they need to be able to perform their necessary functions. We need to view food as a means to create health and prevent disease.  I want to be able to teach you how to do this and make it fun and easy!

When I am not in the kitchen or sharing how to use food to heal, you can find me hanging out with my children, my husband, our two cats - Beans and Luna, and Louis the Frenchie. I love to cook, although my husband probably cooks more than I do now, I guess I was a good influence! I also love to hit the weights, spend time in nature- bike riding, hiking, and exploring local parks. My life dream is to live by the ocean and be able to feel its energy daily.
