The dietary audit service is designed for women who are already eating healthily but not getting the results they want. We offer a clear plan of action that takes the guesswork out of weight loss and helps you achieve your health goals.

I will provide you with customized recommendations on how much to eat, when to eat, and how to stay fuller longer. You'll also learn about protein amounts and simple tweaks you can make to your diet to get the results you want. With my guidance, you'll be able to fine-tune your eating habits and reach your health goals.

The dietary audit package includes two phases, each consisting of a call with myself. During the first call, we'll discuss all the information I need from you to create a personalized plan that suits your health goals. In the second call, we'll check in on your progress and make any necessary tweaks to your plan.
